1. Veterinary Consultation & Clinical Services
Veterinary consultations, diagnostic evaluations, laboratory blood testing, ultrasound scans, digital radiography, and surgical procedures are personalized medical services rendered by licensed veterinary surgeons. Fees reflect specialized medical expertise, clinical time, consumables, and sterile equipment utilization, and are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
2. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand unexpected situations arise. For routine consultations, vaccinations, and grooming appointments, we kindly request at least 2 hours prior notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that appointment slots can be allocated to critical triage or emergency cases.
3. Pharmacy, Medications & Consumables
In strict compliance with statutory veterinary drug storage and safety standards (including temperature-controlled cold-chain protocols), prescription pharmaceuticals, injectable vaccines, and dispensed oral medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have left the clinic premises.
4. Surgery, Inpatient Care & Hospitalization Deposits
For major surgical procedures and overnight inpatient ICU admissions, itemized diagnostic estimates will be explained prior to admission. Any advance deposits collected will be reconciled against the final medical bill, with unutilized balances refunded promptly via the original payment method.
